Annual General Meeting
SGC’s annual general meeting (AGM) is our annual gathering of the general membership and the board of directors. Each group or society having an Organization Membership may appoint two voting delegates to the AGM.
The AGM takes place as part of Treffpunkt which is held on June 13th in Saskatoon. The one-day Treffpunkt (meeting point) offers a museum visit, a workshop, coffee & cake (Kaffee & Kuchen), as well as the SGC Special Volunteer Awards with wonderful German food, the Special Volunteer Awards ceremony.
