Sugar Pie – Zucker Pie

“My childhood favorite. Simple and sensational!”


1 cup thick cream
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon cinnamon


Beat all the ingredients together and pour into unbaked pie crust.

Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35-40 minutes.
